To reach the best consideration, please have a quality performance video (5-8 minutes edited) available either on your website, on YouTube or on a DVD that you can mail to us. It is best if the video is of the act live, on stage, in front of an audience or multiple audiences. The more diverse the footage is in nature, the better.  The more content and audience reaction we see, the better.

In addition, we recommend that all materials (photos, music, video, etc.) be available on your website. If these items are available on your website, then there is no need to mail in the materials.  Any promotional materials, media coverage, testimonials or quotes as well as additional audio excerpts are welcome and appreciated including CD’s, audio files, DVD’s, etc. Please include any links to websites, Facebook, Myspace, YouTube or other video features

Once you submit your promotional materials, please DO NOT CALL to follow up. Due to the large number of calls we receive each day, we cannot return calls from prospective artists. If we are interested after we have reviewed your promotional materials, we will contact you using the information that you provide.
